Happy to help current students. I was one of the lucky generation paid by my employer during my 6 year student apprenticeship right through from leaving school with O-levels in 1960 and starting basic training until I graduated from Bath in 1966. I did stay with them (Rolls-Royce) until I retired.

I am the student of the University of Bath and I want to help my schoolmates from the bottom of my heart! :) Hope everyone who needs support is supported! :)

I wish someone like me would be able to pursue study at Bath with this support.

Always loved my time in/at Bath.

I hope that this small contribution gives other students the joy and fulfilment that I received from studying at the University of Bath.

I was lucky, when I went to Uni the Government paid us to go, not like now. I had a full grant of £365 per annum, which in those days was a living wage for term time, and as it was a sandwich course we were paid during our placements. Like your girl "Steph", I came from humble beginnings and am grateful that I can now put a little bit back.

My son is looking to apply to Bath for next year.
