Dear all,

Firstly we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone that donated. We are over the moon to have smashed our target. We’re pleased to say that we successfully completed our 24 hours of silence. 

The £250 we raised will make a huge difference. We can now purchase two new CoxBox chargers allowing us to use all our current equipment. We can also buy a new headset which we’re hoping to obtain in the next few weeks ready for BUCS regatta. An extra headset means that all the coxes can be amplified in the races - we’re all looking forward to being heard again after 24 hours of silence! 

The extra £150 will go towards a new CoxBob which we’re looking to purchase next year. Purchasing this means that BUBC will be able to get more boats out, allowing more athletes to train, compete and enjoy rowing.

Once again, thank you to everyone that has supported us. Any further donations towards a new CoxBox would be really appreciated.
